Ordering Information and Policies
Anastasia's Gift shop welcomes mail orders and ships merchandise via U.P.S.. Shipping costs are determined by weight, amount and destination.
To order:
Orders can be placed over the phone for by email. Credit cards accepted:
American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds will only be issued if you are not able to acquire the items you requested. A 30% to 50% deposit required on all orders. A 20% cancellation fee on all special order
merchandise will be charged. Store credit only. No cash refunds on the rest of the deposit.
